Jessie manages all aspects of the client billing process with accuracy and attention to detail. She prepares all invoices and ensures billing runs smoothly and efficiently. Jessie is always happy to assist clients with billing-related questions, including invoices, retainers, payments, and retainer replenishment. She facilitates payments made online, by wire transfer, and by credit card to ensure a smooth and timely process.

In addition to her client billing responsibilities, Jessie manages the firm’s accounts payable, supporting the firm’s financial operations and maintaining organized, up-to-date records.
