Initial Consultation

If no conflict exists, and the attorney you requested is available to meet with you, our intake coordinator will schedule an initial consultation, for which you will be billed at our regular hourly rates, via Zoom or in person. During this initial consultation you will be able to discuss your current situation and ask questions about your case. You will also be able to meet the attorney and understand his or her approach to your case.

Next Steps

Following your initial consultation, if you and your attorney agree to work together, you will be asked to sign a Fee Agreement and provide an initial retainer in an amount requested by your attorney.
