Elizabeth Arellano is an accomplished family law attorney, exclusively focusing on guiding individuals and families through challenging legal transitions. Known for her compassionate and strategic approach, Elizabeth is experienced in handling cases involving divorce, child custody and visitation, spousal and child support, property division, and other family law matters.
Prior to attending law school, Elizabeth volunteered at the Alameda County Self-Help Center, where she assisted self-represented individuals in navigating their divorces. This early experience fostered a deep commitment to empowering clients with knowledge and support during difficult times, forming the foundation of her compassionate and client-centered approach to family law.
A former legal clerk to the Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court, Elizabeth brings a unique perspective and a deep understanding of California’s legal system to every case. This prestigious experience honed her skills in legal analysis and helped cultivate the meticulous attention to detail that defines her practice today.
Elizabeth is an active member of San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association and the East Bay La Raza Lawyers, reflecting a commitment to diversity, equity, and advocacy within the legal profession and the broader community. She also stays engaged in continuing legal education to remain at the forefront of family law developments.

A graduate of the University of San Francisco, School of Law, Elizabeth is passionate about making a meaningful impact both inside and outside the courtroom. When not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her sons, yoga and trying new foods.
