Cattarina Sinclaire

Associate Attorney

Cattarina focuses her practice on all aspects of family law, with particular experience in high-conflict custody disputes and complex financial matters. She works closely with clients to navigate the legal, financial, and personal challenges that arise in emotionally charged family law proceedings, taking a practical and solutions-oriented approach.

Cattarina has concentrated her legal practice in family law since law school, building experience in custody, support, domestic violence, and related matters from the outset of her legal training. Her early work in family law centered on custody and parenting disputes, including high-conflict matters requiring careful strategy, clear communication, and sensitivity to family dynamics.

Prior to joining the firm, Cattarina practiced at a prominent family law firm in Los Angeles, where she worked on sophisticated matters involving complex financial issues and high-net-worth individuals, including cases with cross-border and jurisdictional issues.

Cattarina earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and is admitted to the State Bar of California. During law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal, where she developed a strong foundation in dispute resolution that continues to inform her approach to family law matters. She also provided pro bono legal services through a family law clinic in Los Angeles, assisting clients with custody, support, domestic violence, and issues involving religious divorce.

Before pursuing a legal career, Cattarina danced and taught ballet, working with multicultural dance theaters and community organizations to raise scholarship funds and expand artistic opportunities for underserved youth in the Bay Area.
