Amrita Prasad is a skilled Legal Assistant and Paralegal with a strong affinity for Family Law. With over eight years of experience in the legal sector, she has cultivated a reputation for diligence, precision, and an unwavering dedication to her team and clients.

Amrita has interned for the Sacramento District Attorney’s Office and McGeorge School of Law. She has studied Administration of Justice at Chabot College in Hayward, California. Shortly after, she earned her Paralegal Certification from California State University, East Bay. Her educational background has prepared her for extensive legal research, document preparation, and the management of complex case files.

Amrita’s role as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal requires her to provide comprehensive support to attorneys in various aspects. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to case file management, drafting and review of documents, client communication, court filings, calendaring and ensuring confidentiality.

Outside of the office, Amrita enjoys hiking, spending time with her family, visiting the beach, and venturing out on long road trips.
